Another Chance Csi

I am a case manager and I visited this business. Was not sure if I would be impressed, as I have had "not so good experiences" with other day programs. However, I was given a great tour, met very nice and friendly staff, and the participants appeared so happy and engaged. They did not know I was coming, so there was no time to make false impressions. No one was sitting around putting tools or blocks together all day while staff were on their phones. There was not a large group of people watching one small TV, while staff enjoyed their personal soap operas either. 🙄 The participants were very engaged and every class had different activities going on. I was very pleased and hope to provide referrals and inform my peers of this opportunity for their participants.

My son Caleb has been attending Another Chance's Adult Day Program for a few years now. My husband and I absolutely love it and my son appears happy too. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. My son occasionally has some behavioral challenges but the staff addresses it without calling us from work to find a solution. I really love the convenience of the drive through drop off and pick up. Another Chance has truly been a blessing to our family. It is a gem in our community.

I am not sure as to why CAG cant associate with the staff of an individual. Seems to me that you should work with the home and not against. And some of the staff is highly rude. I think y’all are all about money and can truly careless PERIOD

My son Larry has been going to the program for 6 months.I thank God everyday for Another Chance.They go on trips at least 2 times a week .On the days they not on trips that are always doing something with them.They go to Walmart Bowling every Friday.Music Studio.Out to eat Stonecrest mall .In the summer the water park.They keep them busy.They teach them so such.Life skills.And the staff is always available.No matter what time a day I call or text.Ms Indria she is always available.Shes not the only one the entire staff is the same.Always there when you need them.My son loves them and the center has changed his life.I love them and highly recommend Another chance.

An excellent business. You can tell it’s privately owned but they are doing their best to compete with big names. There is ample space for any event.
