While the owner, Ms. Wright, was pleasant to speak with and seems to genuinely care about the people she serves, my overall experience with this business was very disappointing. Unfortunately, the caregivers provided were highly unprofessional, and communication was poor throughout. In just three weeks, we had three different caregivers—using the term loosely. These individuals struggled to arrange transportation to my father’s home, slept during their shifts, spent time on personal phone calls, complained about being there, and arrived dressed inappropriately. After reaching out to Ms. Wright and receiving no response, a new caregiver was sent without any prior notice to us. Families seeking home care deserve better attention and reliability. It is frustrating and disheartening to deal with such inadequate service during an already challenging time.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Care the Wright way. From the very beginning, they showed kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. They not only provided excellent care but also created a warm and comfortable environment that made my daughter feel safe and supported.

This agency has truly been a blessing for our family. The caregivers are kind, patient, and skilled, and they take the time to make sure my loved one feels comfortable and supported. They don’t treat their work like a job—they treat it like caring for family. The peace of mind they’ve given us means everything. I’m deeply grateful for their help and would recommend them without hesitation.

Ms Wright is a very caring and compassionate care giver. She expects the same from those who represent her company. I have to give this company a Five Star rating for the work she did while caring for my wife in the final year of her life. I must emphasize how Ms Wright will ALWAYS listen to the families of her clients. She will return your calls & get to what the needs of your loved one is. Courtney is simply AMAZING!!! I have been taking care of my parents for the last 6 years by myself and finding her has been a God send.
