Wow. We started with Personal Care back in November. I was scared and worried about getting care for my cousin who needed 24/7 care. This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with any company. Professionalism, honor and ultimate care for my precious cousin. They are quick, courteous and always available to help. The team has shown me time and time again that I have nothing to worry about while they are on the case. I can't recommend them enough.

It's hard to put into words how wonderful working with Personal Care is for me, my father and our whole family. The staff has been with us every step of the way, providing exceptional care from Dad's initial health crisis to moderating our new norm. Beyond providing high quality caregivers with compatible personalities and needed/changing skills, Personal Care provides people we can implicitly trust and welcome into our home. Schedules are easy to adjust, and response times are quick from the office staff. As the months have gone by, being able to trust the Personal Care staff means more than words can say. We are grateful.

I called Personal Care on a Saturday when my wife was getting discharged from the hospital, and they were able to provide 24/7 care for her starting that night! On a Saturday! I continued to have 24/7 care for many weeks thereafter, and the caregivers were wonderful. If my wife was not comfortable with one of the CNAs for some reason, Personal Care would not send them back again. The staff was always responsive and supportive and they really helped us get through a very difficult time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Each and every lady that was sent to attend Joann for 12 hours each night was excellent. They were kind when needed and firm when needed. I could not have asked for better.

From the first day when we needed assistance for my sister to begin that very afternoon, we had nothing but excellent care and amazing responsiveness from the wonderful caregivers of Personal Care Inc. The caregivers were warm, efficient, and compassionate during a scary time in my sister‘s health. The administrative staff were responsive to my every request, especially when we needed to make changes in the levels of her care. I would highly recommend Personal Care to take care of your loved ones and will likely use them again when another time comes.
