I want to recognize Aziz, the manager of Complex Care in Boulder, Colorado, a small, independently owned Medicaid attendant care provider. Working within the Medicaid system is complex and challenging, and not everything is always seamless. Even so, Aziz is consistently responsive, clear, and respectful, and he approaches issues with steadiness and good faith. He communicates directly, follows through, and treats people as human beings rather than as cases. In a system that is difficult to navigate, that kind of management and presence matters, and it makes a real difference. For anyone in the Boulder area looking for Medicaid attendant care, Complex Care is worth considering.

Aziz was so good to me when another company Wouldn't make my hours! Told him of my needs, he came out need day, meet me & my caseworker, we worked on a Care plan, and he found a set caregivers for very next day & weekend! Called a permanent caregiver for M-F for 9/hrs a day and set weekend help up as well! Very polite! Works very well with patients! He has Amazing Very Loving Caring Caregivers! Only been with company since late March but extremely happy! Thank You Aziz ..

Never would I refer this place to anyone they sent a caregiver that I did not want she came overI didn’t expect her also had money missing for my home reported to the police Did not If you don’t have a camera and you did not see them do it you’re out of luck They don’t care who they hire, I did not want her. I told them that she saw where I had money. I didn’t know. I couldn’t trust their help the next time she came over. The money was gone. Nothing can be done the first Caregiver had was fine. This was very stressful and caused me a lot of hardships. I didn’t want her because she was not good at the job and very snoopy. I did not want her. Please, please be very careful. Have cameras watch what they do. I would never recommend this agency to anyone. Please be careful have cameras., This is not right to be done to anyone whether your senior or not they deny everything and no one else was here. I know it was her.
