A & E Home Care

The staff are NOT professional. The management left me, a disabled client, to do paperwork, that she COULD have done. She NEITHER called when an aide would be late/not able to come that day, NOR did she schedule ahead of time meetings with me. She would call the day of, not taking into consideration my appointments or health.

Should have known better when my very first check would not clear. Had issues after issues but they always wanted to say it was my fault. Last straw was i took time sheet to office and thw lady missed places it. I stood my ground. Telling them what i did and when and the messages on my phone. The owner told me they did not have it. Later the owner found the sheet in her pocket book. I told her i would be there friday to get my check. I go there and suppoaesly my check was mailed. She coukd have called me. Or is sat and any other time I would have gotten my check. Since owner said she didnt care who i contacted i will be contacting medicaid and nc labor board. How your employees checks always bounce

This company isn't recommended for your family member if they need extra help with in the home. call the owner of this company to complain about ONE of her aids, she was dismissive, she wasn't concern about the family concerns. My next step will be contacting NC home health and complain to someone who will listen. its about the money with these little companies. Do your research and read reviews first. I wise it was a zero star available.

Owner is very unprofessional. The aides I've encountered were very good and caring. I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone due to management. This company is unorganized and only in this field for the money.

The nurses are rude and lazy. Don't wanna do anything and don't even wanna show up.
