We utilized Senior Helpers 24/7 for almost three weeks. Every single caregiver sent was kind and professional. They went above and beyond the written care plan, engaging in conversation and keeping my father entertained and oriented while he recuperated in a strange place. The office staff communicated well and responded quickly to my calls or questions. As a former RN supervisor with a similar agency in another state, I wholeheartedly recommend Senior Helpers of Dunn.

I Have been with this company since they have opened, However in 2015 my son was diagnosed with leukemia and this company was at my side the whole time, set up a meal train and made sure my family and I never went with out. They try and treat everyone like family and always try to work with you when it comes to scheduling and what you can work. I would definitely hire this company to take care one of my loved ones.

This agency will charge you for services not authorized amd then take money from your credit card without permission or authorization. They are a complete fraud offering sub par care at a premium price Stay away or loos your money!

I completely agree with sheena's review! Rude, disorganized, and VERY unprofessional!! They don't care about the clients or their caregivers. They will say anything to get you to sign a contract, once you sign the contract get ready for the drama, headache, and run around.
