President was extremely rude and unprofessional. He would not listen to my thoughts + concerns and ended up hanging up the phone abruptly over a serious matter. That speaks volume about the company.

B&C has been a blessing to my family and I. Very helpful and always there when we called. If we had a question and they did not know the answer then they would search for the answer and reach back out to us in a timely manner. I have nothing but a positive experience with B&C and would recommend the company to anyone. Great Job guys, you are making a difference in people's lives. Thank you.

B&C Health Care System, Inc. is a blessing to my family. This company is amazing. The Staff completes task in a timely manner, and everyone is friendly and helpful. The care they provide to my father is at the highest professional level. I don't where I would be without them. Thank you, B&C Health Care System.

Incompetent and extremely negligent in regards to the care of my family member. Management did not feel very remorseful about the situation either. Warning to others reading this: Please take note that some of the other reviews are from their own employees, not the actual "service/care"
