I used this company because of great reviews. What A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Tread carefully at their hourly rate and 4-hour minimum. I needed home health. They send 18 year olds with zero experience. If you need someone to sit and talk? Choose them. Otherwise, you'll be disappointed. I'm male and married and 67.

I worked directly with Right at Home for many years! They always delivered the best care possible for their customers, period! Once I had a serious need in my own family, I called them immediately. Every day they delivered in a very stressful ALS situation; and made our lives of all involved much easier. Their care givers were beyond superlative; and a special one was an angel. If in need, don't wait--call them today. I assure you they will provide the most helpful and professional service possible!!

We hired this company to help care for our Mom, only to have valuable heirlooms and kitchen appliances stolen from our home by one of their home health aides. Items like silverware, Ninja juicers, and food processors went missing, leaving us devastated. We noticed odd behavior from the aide, who was strangely insistent on washing our dishes and frequently locked us out of our own home when we left for errands. On one occasion, we returned home to find the garage door locked and had to go through the front door after repeatedly calling the aide to let us in. When we asked about it, she blamed my elderly mother for locking the door, which was entirely untrue. When we reported these thefts to Right at Home, their response was dismissive and defensive. They insisted their employees have good background checks and refused to take our concerns seriously. We still haven’t received any resolution or replacement of our stolen items, which has left us feeling betrayed by a company we trusted. If you're looking for compassionate and trustworthy care, we recommend you look elsewhere. This experience has left us heartbroken and without justice.

Recently, after surgery, I used Right At Home for in home assistance with light housekeeping and bathing assistance had I needed it. Prior to my helper being assigned, Right At Home extensively investigated my personal needs, lifestyle and medical history (by an RN) to ensure my assistant was a proper match. Not only was my assigned person a good match, she was also responsive to my requests and respected my need for privacy while I rested. Should I ever need help again, Right At Home will be my first choice.
