Home Instead

We turned to Home Instead when my father-in-law needed daily care, and we could not have asked for a better team. Their caregivers treated him with genuine kindness and dignity. Some of them became like family, offering comfort not just to him, but to all of us. Their service made an extremely hard season a little easier. Thank you, Home Instead -El Paso.

The staff treated him very well, the leadership was responsive, and through their work he was able to remain at home until his final day, exactly as he wanted. The staff at Home Instead in El Paso is wonderful. They are very diligent when caring for my mother-in-law. She had dementia and needed help at home. The girls kept her occupied while taking the time to learn about her, things she enjoys doing, etc. The caregivers also helped to keep the house clean and safe when they were there. The staff was good about keeping us informed about anything unusual happening at home. We appreciate them very much!

The owners Sam and Brandy Patton are always extremely helpful and answer your questions promptly. They have a great work ethic and create a wonderful work environment. I really enjoy working with the El Paso office of Home Instead. They provide exceptional senior care I would highly recommend to anyone!
