"They have set the bar very high for in home health aid care, and I'd gladly recommend them to care for your loved ones. Providence Care Inc has provided care for my elderly mother, as well as for my developmentally delayed sister. It was very convenient to find a provider that services different waivers. We needed additional help for my mother, as she was elderly, and diagnosed with a terminal condition, but still feisty. She was in her 70s, and didn't want to give up her independence, but she wasn't well enough to continue living alone. The home health care aids were so very patient with her. They grew to love her, and they mourned with us when she eventually passed away. In providing care for my sister, the health care aids had to learn to understand her language, as she has a severe speech impediment. She also has an impulse control disorder that can make her a bit determined to have her way. Sometimes she's cranky. Again, they have been very patient and flexible with her. This agency got my mother and sister to their appointments. Kept them clean, and did the usual household chores. They even cared for the cat. If we needed them for extra hours, they were able to accommodate us, even with very short notice. In addition to providing a high level of care, they are really great at communicating. You let them know your needs and goals, and they work hard to help you achieve them. They've even helped to communicate needs with care coordinators in order to get the right level of care authorized. They have given my family such peace of mind through very tough times. "
