Compassion Home Care came to my rescue at a very stressful time. My Mom was diagnosed with a terminal illness with weeks to months to live. She needed around the clock care and a live in was our only option. Tom came to my house and explained the services that would be provided. He is so caring and promises open communication. The agency was able to match our situation with our live in Aid, Terry, who had previous hospice care giving. She provided a sense of relief to me since I knew my Mom would be in wonderful care. Mom loved Terry and enjoyed watching her daily shows together. Terry recognized that Mom didn’t want to be alone so accepted sleeping on the couch next to my mom’s recliner (where she slept for over 6 years). I could see how compassionate Terry was throughout my Moms journey. Terry provided the best care and stayed with Mom to the very end. When Terry couldn’t be there the replacements were just as caring and compassionate. Tom and San, the owner, were always available for assistance. Give Compassion Home Care a try! They truly care!!

We had a wonderful experience with this company and the caregiver. The coordinator/owner was very good at responding to our needs. We were specific about what we wanted and she delivered. My grandmother was extremely ill, the caregiver was very attentive to her needs, she was well-informed with my Granny’s condition and gave her the best care. More importantly the caregiver formed a bond with my grandma and made her feel safe. She even went above and beyond the call of duty when needed. This company has a wonderful team, they are trustworthy, attentive, experienced, dependable and have so much patience. I cannot thank them enough

San, Tom and Nordia really seem to understand Mom‘s desire to stay independent for as long as possible, and our family members’ need to work and support our businesses at the same time as we are trying to care for our mom with dementia. They truly are compassionate in their care and are partners in keeping Mom engaged, content, and healthy. We have never been through this before… they have and it shows!

If 0 was an option I'd say that. Still dealing with the atrocity they left us with. Edit: since you want to claim that I'm not satisfied with your solutions and give the appearance you care and that I'm unreasonable shall I go into detail for review? Nothing aggravates me more than a company who tries to respond to negative reviews with illusion that they're blameless. Out of courtesy and restraint I chose not to include any specifics like: after an aid was asked not to come back they returned the next day to scream and yell profanities and cause a scene. Note, I posted my review as is my right and you commented as is yours but if you continue to comment and edit your response I will continue to edit and add the details to mine little by little. As a consumer if I read a review on a company who played these comment games I would be even more appalled. But it's your business.
