After 2 other agencies, we came across Abuzz. Finally, a professional company, and the caregiver is amazing. She treats my mother like her own Mother. I am 38, queer and trans, and my husband and I were treated with respect and kindness only! I was very well cared for in my home after surgery where I could not bath myself. I felt safe! Staff and owners are gentle and professional to the highest degree. Highly recommend for anyone needing in home care!!!
We switched to Abuzz Healthcare about 2 years ago because our previous Agency providers did not have the skills and professionalism we expected. What a difference! To be fair, we have unusual caregiver needs. Our family member is young and requires transfers in and out of her wheelchair, special meal preparation and a caregiver who is fun and interactive. It is a lot to expect. Abuzz found Abi and Suzanne for us and they are great. Because of Covid, we haven’t had staff in for several months and I sure miss them. We will resume as soon soon soon as we can! Geneva is the best at managing Abuzz. She responds quickly to questions, is patient and VERY knowledgeable. Our lives can get frantic and busy but she is a calming force. Recently Geneva did CPR training for myself and our speech teacher that was the best I have had. I highly recommend Abuzz!
