We reached out to them on very short notice and they quickly provided us with a caregiver who was professional, warm, compassionate, and attentive to our loved one's needs. They provided excellent care, we were impressed by their level of expertise and their ability to handle a range of issues with ease while treating our loved one with dignity and respect. Additionally, the caregiver followed up with us after their visit to provide us with an update and offer recommendations for ongoing care that our loved one needed even though it meant they would lose us as a client- they were very unselfish and professional. A few days later, the agency owner Magna Bucknor called to check in and see how our loved one was doing, which was a testament to their commitment to providing exceptional care. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was greatly appreciated during a challenging time for our family. We highly recommend Comfi-Kare, their level of professionalism, expertise, and compassion is truly outstanding and we are grateful for the care they provided to our loved one.

The care provided by Comfi-Kare has led to a successful recovery of my physical restrictions, and I am now able to take care of myself. Comfi-Kare Homecare is an awesome homecare provider. If you are in need of a home health care company to look after yourself or your relative, call them FIRST! They were with my father-in-law (FIL) for more than one year and I never had a problem with them. After interviewing 3 other home healthcare companies, I interviewed Magda the Founder of Comfi-Kare. She met me at my home, met my FIL and inspected the area where he was, and provided suggestions on how to maximize safety & comfort for my FIL. Instantly, I knew she had command of the situation, and she knew what needed to happen to help my FIL be cared for & comfortable. She also asked what I needed in a homecare service, and then took action to fulfill all my needs. She has many professional, caring and knowledgeable staff members to choose from, who helped my FIL. The Care Coordinator she provided to me was Mo. Mo is a soon-to-be Pre-Med student who cared for my FIL for 6 hours M-F. Mo & Magda were flexible enough to provide coverage to watch my dad on weekends and when I had to be away or on business trips. Mo, the Care Coordinator made sure my FIL took his medicine, he fed him, talked with him about all subjects my FIL could think of, helped him move around the house, changed him, bathed him, did some light cleaning around the house...everything! When Mo interacted with my FIL, it was as if Mo were my own hands & feet & heart! Mo cared for my FIL. Comfi-Kare cared for my FIL....and me. Unfortunately, my FIL grew too sick to be taken care of at home, so I had to end the business relationship with Comfi-Kare. However, if I ever have another family member who needs a homecare service, I'm calling Magda & Comfi-Kare first! And you would do well to call them too.

My 86 yr old mom was in need of companion care after heart surgery. This service provided exactly what we were looking for. Moms companion has been a wonderful help but also has developed a good relationship with my mom. She is kind and caring and has enabled mom to get back to living her normal life and routines. Since mom lives alone this service was an incredible help and relief to my brother and myself since obviously we have jobs and other responsibilities. Comfi-kare helped our whole family really.
