VISITING ANGELS

We started employing Visiting Angels 8 months ago. Both Stephanie and April have done a stellar job of providing care for my husband, Richard. Their attitude of cooperation is excellent and their communications have been clear and responsive. The care givers are well trained, competent, and often willing to go above and beyond whenever a need has arisen. I recommend them highly! They have been invaluable in our situation.

Nancy came and spoke to our seniors group at All Saints Lutheran Church about preventing falls. We enjoyed her very much, and found it helpful. She had a checklist for us to do. She also had yummy treats for us. She shared about the services with no pressure. We had fun!

Visiting Angels of Glendale has been a life saver for our family. We were getting horrible care from a different place, and we're leary when we switched to Visiting Angels. From day one they have been amazing. Melissa was amazing at getting us all set up, and continues to have excellent communication with us. The two caregivers Dora and Mitzi give such awesome care to my dad.They are great at communication. They actually seem to care about my dad, They do so many things around his house, and are reliable and trustworthy, they are literal Angels. They have taken off so much pressure off my sister and I. I highly recommend Visiting Angels of Glendale if you are looking for high quality care for your loved one.

My mom lived with us in our guest house and was very independent until she took a bad fall at the age of 94. We decided that she needed more help with her daily routine after the fall. Darlene from Visiting Angels was TRULY a Godsend! My mom developed a wonderful friendship with her and the extra help really was so beneficial for me as well. There wasn’t a time that we couldn’t count on her and if there was a need for a substitute, which was rare, Nancy at the agency always made sure we were covered. I cannot say enough good things! My mom has since passed and we miss Darlene so much! She became part of our family. ,

We had a temporary but urgent need for assistance when my elderly mom came to stay with me for a few months. We had Visiting Angels assistance for mom in her home state so contacted the local office here. While not affiliated with each other, we found the same high quality assistance. The ladies in the office, Melissa and Jo (Jody), were heaven sent! They were so nice, understanding, empathetic, and easily coordinated & worked with me and my sister to determine level of care, financing, etc. Jo came out to the house to meet mom, spending time with us, in order to identify a good assistant match. Ronica was the “Angel” assigned to mom and she was great! She cared for mom so well, even in our sometimes difficult days. My mom loved her, often telling family members how nice she was and how much she helped her. Jo followed up with me along the journey, inquiring how things were going and just checking in. I learned that they also follow up with their caregivers along the way, so everyone is happy with the situation. The communication channels are excellent. Overall I, along with my mom and sister, are so pleased with the care that everyone in the organization provided. We couldn’t be more appreciative. We absolutely recommend Visiting Angels to all who find themselves in need.
