The first time I needed home health care I just picked the company with an office closest to me with a decent rating. Big mistake. After dropping them for poor service, I hired Tender Home Health and it’s been amazing. Super communicative, responsive, even when a caregiver doesn’t work out they find a replacement right away. You can text them for anything and the office responds right away, Jennifer in particular has been amazing!! Vianey is my caregiver that I chose after a couple of tries, she is THE best. Super happy with her, she takes such good care of my mom and I’m so happy Tender was willing to work closely with me until we found a great fit.

I’m using home healthcare for my mom for the first time. I interviewed multiple companies and really liked how Tender was so professional. When we had our first meeting, it was via Zoom and they even scheduled a follow up meeting on Zoom as well. I was impressed with the recommendations and referrals that I received along with the possibility that their caregivers can drive my Mother to her doctors appointment. So far the nurse that we’ve been using has been very professional as well and asks a lot of questions follows my directions and my mother really gets along with her. I would recommend this company if someone’s looking for home healthcare for a parent or a child.

I can trust him completely — when he says he’ll do something, he does it. What means the most is how naturally he’s become part of our family. He cares for my dad with the kind of compassion, patience, and respect that can’t be taught. Tender Home Health didn’t just send us a caregiver — they brought us someone who gives us peace of mind and reminds us what true care looks like. For that, I’ll always be thankful.
