I am home bound and cannot leave my house in my wheelchair and this place came out WITHOUT HEALTHCARE and saw me. Now they are able to see me now that I have healthcare they are able to come out and prescribe me all my medications. This place is amazing and I’d recommend it to everyone!

I was referred to Reliance Health & Homecare by my child’s school to have a sport’s physical completed. I received extremely poor service from Karim whose verbiage and overall interaction with both myself and my daughter gave the appearance that he is both uncomfortable and inexperienced in healthcare as well as Sara who was both abrasive and combative. Karim seemed to have trouble asking questions listed on the sports physical questionnaire which struck me as odd coming from a healthcare professional. There was some confusion on Sara’s behalf in regards to sports forms that the office provides, in stead of allowing me to further explain the process that she seemed to not be familiar with (I’ve had well over 20 sports physicals completed for my other 5 children over the course of 10+ years), Sara instead raised her voice while cutting me off mid sentence stating “well why can’t you just call the school and ask them to send us the forms? What’s wrong with you doing it? We have patients to see! So why don’t you do it?!” After she left the room Karim returned, I attempted to explain the exchange that had just taken place with Sara when he too asked about the forms that the medical professional completes. I was interrupted several times by Karim and his response was that he nor Sara “could help it if the person who handles the forms in their office didn’t come to work and did not do their job by having the forms on file.” After I explained to him that I personally did not need to know any of that information and simply wanted to be heard, he again stated that that wasn’t their fault or problem. Karim was very unapologetic, defensive, and quite dismissive when I tried to express my concerns about the poor interaction with Sara and how uncomfortable he made both myself and my child feel. On our way out, a gentleman by the name of Marco let me know that our forms were copied and would be filed and kept in the office in the event they were needed in the future. I thanked him and asked if I could express my concerns to him. He was both attentive and empathetic and after allowing me to speak, he let me voice my concerns to Ms. Stephanie who he introduced as the office manager/owner. Ms. Stephanie was also very apologetic and understanding. While I do not feel that the lack of professionalism of both Sara and Karim is in no way a direct reflection of Ms. Stephanie, I do feel that their disregard for respect and professionalism could negatively impact her practice. The care and interactions that I received from the front end receptionist, Marco, Kayla, and Ms. Stephanie were all very pleasant, however, the possibility of having any future interactions with Sara or Karim greatly decreases the likelihood of me ever returning or recommending Reliance Health & Homecare to family or friends for professional healthcare services.

One of the best places I been to in griffin. The staff here is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I love everything about this place.
