Ultimate Home Care

I'm a primary care giver for David Rose. He's a double amputee with heart failure and kidney failure and gets dialysis 3 times a week. He has a helper through altima and she doesn't show up for 3 days at a time and comes between 4 pm and sometimes midnight. David's mind is bad and she's been charging him $20 to wash his clothes 3 loads at the most a week telling him the laundry facility there where he lives isn't working which is a lie. The company that owns his apartment isn't going to let those machines sit broken the company makes money off of them. I looked into what her responsibilities are and one is to plan and prepare meals. She has never cooked him a meal in over a year. Also she's supposed to call the company when she's not going to go to David's so they can send a replacement. No one comes when she doesn't show up so I assumed the company didn't know and was paying her for days she didn't work. That's illegal. When I tried to get the company to do something they totally took her side and wouldn't listen to me even though I'm his medical power of attorney so David's on his own most of the time and he's really sick. His mind is getting worse and his aide is full of excuses for her negligence. Don't get involved with those people. David hired them without my knowledge. Now he's afraid he'll end up with someone worse but I don't agree.
