We were with this agency for a little over a year and we seen about 6-7 unqualified nursing aids come to care for mom. She was supposed to receive care from a qualified CNA but I believe the director just sent anybody who would work. The nurses would call out but the director wouldn’t even notify me that nobody was coming. I had to call every weekend to see if a nurse aid was coming. The Director never answered her phone, she’s very unprofessional. She sends a text message instead of communicating properly about the welfare of her clients. My mom was approved for 3 hours a day. The nurse came in and left whenever they felt like it, nobody never had a schedule. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anybody. She can’t keep aids and she will hire anybody to work.
