Right at Home

I rarely post reviews but today, for some reason, I decided to since I am one of those people who actually reads the reviews of places and products before I buy or commit. I work as needed for a HH Nursing Agency and have referred a few patients here who have needed assistance that my company does not offer. Debbie was amazing in meeting my needs and with the help of getting my pts started with the non-nursing skilled care. With that being said, when it came to my Uncle requiring assistance, I reached out to Debbie. Tori was the caregiver who most frequently came the 5 days a week. She is great & we very much appreciated the care and support she gave.

I’m in a wheelchair and/or on a rollater all the time due to my MS. My husband is my caregiver + my all! While he experienced back issues, the dynamics changed significantly, creating the need for outside assistance. Our needs for assistance were easily & thoroughly met by Right at Home. The ladies were very helpful, genuinely kind and were willing to help us with anything that we desired.

Right at Home has been caring for my 88 year old mother for over four years and has provided excellent service. Care has varied between four & seven nights a week. I have found them easy to work with and my mother is quite pleased.

From the time I was hospitalized to the follow-up visits at home, a gentleman who works with Right at Home was incredibly helpful in explaining their services. I truly appreciate the fact that people still care and that companies like Right at Home do as well. When I decide to sign up for services, Right at Home will be my preferred choice. Thank you to this company and the gentleman who visited me at the hospital for showing me love and support. I eagerly anticipate signing with Right at Home soon.

From meeting with Grant who explained Right at Home and its mission, to the actual scheduling, we have never felt alone in this difficult process. Our father, his being respected, the quality of his health and his privacy are very important to us. We have been so pleased and relieved with the efficiency and caring of the staff and the caregivers who have dedicated their time to help families just like us. It makes a difference.
