This is the absolute best in-home care company in the area! The staff that take care of my grandparents are phenomenal and truly care! The management team are responsive, professional, and always follow up with me when I have questions.

We live in Michigan and my mother lives in Hawaii. We have used Home Instead for several years and have never had an issue. GREAT communication and updates as well as very compassionate employees. I rest at night with peace knowing she is in good hands.

The special personal care provided us by Home Instead Honolulu has been wonderful and a great relief. The service began about a year ago in September 2023. We appreciate the assistance with meals, medications, bathing, and laundry. We also appreciate the sue of available time to make the house clean and comfortable. Home Instead is at our home three times a week for four hours each time. We are more than satisfied with the service.

Home Instead has been essential for my family when my grandparents had a health scare, and I lived off-island. They were professional and communicative during the days that it took for me to get back to Oahu. All the staff were lovely and very experienced at handling emotional situations. They even helped keep me calm on the phone when I couldn’t be there right away. I will always recommend them.

Can’t recommend Home Instead enough. Professional level care from the caregivers to the office staff. Much more than I expected everyone gives Aloha and would not hope for anything more to take care of my Ohana.
