I have never met a provider company like Coles Concierge who goes beyond and above in serving the seniors. It is a ministries for this company and their staff. My mother has been well taken care of,and I will recommend Cole's Concierge wherever I go. Ms. Brenda you and your team Rock!!!!

I have worked with Brenda and her team on numerous occasions to assist with my uncle following medical procedures where he could not be left alone. Brenda and her office team were quick to respond to my requests. Her team/staff were excellent to work with. The aides arrived on time, asked if I had any specific requests for them, and had wonderful personalities. My uncle thoroughly enjoyed having them spend time with him when I could not be present. Even as far as him not wanting the sides to leave when I arrived to take over. I will not hesitate to contact, and utilize, Cole’s again in the future as the needs arise.

Very professional and positive experience with Cole’s. Cole’s has consistently provided personnel who create a loving and secure atmosphere for my mother-in-law. Could not feel more confident that my mother-in-law was being cared for to the utmost standards without these people. Truly a God send.

I recently visited Cole’s concierge to inquire about care services for my father, and unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of appalling. I was met with an incredibly rude and dismissive employee who clearly had no compassion or respect for our situation. Upon explaining my father’s needs, the staff member not only interrupted me multiple times but also made inappropriate and insensitive comments about the level of care he would require. It was as if they couldn’t be bothered to listen or show any empathy. What really disgusted me was when the employee rolled their eyes and sighed loudly, making it clear that our request was an inconvenience. This is not the type of behavior I expect from a place that’s supposed to provide care for vulnerable individuals. I’m deeply disappointed and will not be entrusting my father’s care to an agency that hires such unprofessional staff. If this is how they treat potential clients, I dread to think what their actual care might look like.
