Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! This company was HORRIBLE when I tried to schedule physical therapy for a loved one. I spoke with Jacob, who kept giving me the run around for more than a month, saying he was going to arrange physical therapy and nothing. I even mentioned that I would cover the cost out of pocket. Still, he gave me the run around over the phone and text messages that he would arrange physical therapy for a loved one who desperately needed it. He was a misleading fraud when I contacted this company asking to set up physical therapy, and he kept saying yes, over and over, and the help I needed never arrived. Jacob, because of your horrible actions, my loved one didn’t obtain the required physical therapy to get better. Shame on YOU!
My name is Raymond Millwater and i have been bedridden for almost 2 years.I was approved for medicaid for home health care beginning January 1st 2025 ,Jaycob from Fusion came to my house on March 7th 2025 at that point my home help aid Kim was hired by fusion. i was told by jacob that i was only approved for 13 hrs a week and that i needed much more and he then told me that he was going to get us more hrs which he did. He told me he got us to 26 hrs a week. From march 7th Kim started signing into fusions worker portal every day as instructed by Jacob.to this day Kim has not seen a dime. i get calls from jacob telling me i have to call medicaid because i am not in his system ,when i call medicaid they say i have the benefits' until june 3 of 2026 that they do not know why fusion(Jacob) is saying that i have been called many times ! this is not a problem i should be handling this is a issue between Jacob and medicaid to this day Kim has not been paid a dime and she is going to the labor board. the last call i received got me so upset kim hung up on them telling them it's their problem and they need to work this out. as of that phone call 4 days ago i havent heard anything from jacob and kim still hasnt been paid .
I had my reservations on working with Fusion One Home Health due to past experiences with other home health providers. Once I met the owner Mr. Jacob I immediately saw a difference in how Fusion One handle their clients and staff. He was very professional, patient and understanding. He made sure all my questions were answered and whenever I have any issues they are addressed immediately. I enjoy working with Fusion One! I have referred Fusion One to others that need assistance with home health care.
