Tami Nelson did a great job helping us get started with Griswold by discussing my dad's needs and customizing staffing based on this. Tori Forlenza and Alesia Hunt did a fantastic job coordinating staffing and coverage for  my dad as needs changed . As well as Ms. Carol  brining her warm smile and personal caring touch with my dad in his home. Everything was easy and professional from communication and coordination. This agency is a great way to maintain independence for people in their homes when they need some assistance but do not need to go to a facility. Thank you so much

When looking for assistance at home with my elderly mom with dementia Griswold was the answer to my prayers. Finding someone you can trust, count on, and easy to work with can be challenging when looking for private caregivers. I felt at ease right away when I met Brenda who agreed to meet me at the hospital. Once home we were assigned Oneisha who was bright, fun, caring, understanding, persistent, trustworthy, and just incredible. I would recommend both the company and Oneisha to anyone looking for private caregiver assistance with a loved one.

I absolutely want to give praises to the Company and a special shout out regarding two of their employees. We quickly had to move my mother in law into our home in April. A friend from work recommended Griswold for home care. As a teacher, I didn’t have a flexible schedule, so they rushed to get us help. Tori was AMAZING at scheduling and meeting my needs immediately. The first two care givers were very good, but I felt my mother in law was not connecting; and with dementia, she couldn’t communicate how she really felt. I asked Tori for someone a little older and she sent Dinah. Dinah was an absolute Godsend. My MIL connected immediately and Dinah became our honorary family member. My MIL cries when Dinah leaves and she always tells her she loves her. It makes for the  sweetest and most heartfelt moments. We know Dinah will be part of our family forever. I cannot explain the relief my husband and I feel knowing Dinah will meet the needs and go above and beyond in our home with my sweet mother in law. I have learned incredible things from Dinah. She has great knowledge regarding elderly care and communication. We are forever grateful for Griswold and Dinah and Tori.

I used Griswold for a few years to care for my mom and they were excellent, especially Hope. The office kept in touch with me to make sure everything was going well and the caregivers did a good job. My mom really missed her caregiver Hope, when she no longer needed Griswold's services. I would definitely recommend Griswold and would use them again if the need ever arose.
