Cerna Home Care

A very dear friend of mine ended up in the hospital and was released to a skilled nursing facility and my friend was terrified of going in to the skilled nursing by herself. We found Catalina with Cerna, and they have been amazing! My friend has felt so much more comfortable having a Cerna aide with her, helping her get adjusted to the skilled nursing facility. We will continue to use Cerna even after she leaves the skilled nursing! Thank you Catalina and Cerna!

Catalina and her team at Cerna were a lifesaver for my father when he needed around-the-clock care after an extended hospital stay for a near-fatal illness. Catalina went out of her way to help us get him home safely, even assisting with bringing him clothes at the hospital when my mother and I contracted Covid from the hospital exposure. She also was available over the weekend and at night to help us quickly organize the plan for care. The Cerna caregivers were fantastic and were able to make my dad's transition home and my mom's recovery from Covid much, much more manageable for us all. Their care kept my parents alive and allowed them to recover their health at home. Caroline and Charles were our two favorite caregivers who were both an absolute delight to have around. My dad now has his independence back, and we will be forever grateful for Cerna's help.

She has provided such wonderful care for my mom who health is in decline. She is always available and so helpful to answer questions and develop a care program for my mom that’s had put our family at ease. Catalina and her team are so amazing! My dad was in a rehab facility after getting cardiac surgery and we needed 24 hour care. They were so responsive, so helpful and hands on in communicating. Catalina called to check on me personally while we were going thru this and had check ins to ensure we were happy with her services. They really are an amazing team and if there was a need for in home or at rehab care I would be utilizing their services again
