Home Instead has been a true blessing for our family. They provide exceptional care for both my mom and dad, who have ongoing health conditions—my mom lives with a chronic illness, and my dad has his own health challenges as well. The level of compassion and professionalism from their caregivers has brought us so much peace of mind. Our full-time caregiver, Robin, is absolutely wonderful. She treats my parents as if they were her own, and the care and attention she provides each day is remarkable. On weekends, Angela steps in part-time and shows the same kindness and dedication. Both caregivers have created such a meaningful bond with my parents, and it truly feels like they’re part of our family. Communication with Antoinette and the Home Instead team has been excellent as well—they’re responsive, reliable, and always willing to help. We couldn’t ask for better support. I highly recommend Home Instead to any family looking for trustworthy, compassionate caregiving. They go above and beyond!

Our family is so grateful for Home Instead Itasca and the excellent care and support they have given my mother for almost 2 years now. Caregivers Mersiha & Ashton have gone above and beyond to build relationships with my mother, care for her, and bring her joy. They have become like family. Staffing Manager Antoinette does an outstanding job considering my mother's needs and making sure she has the best fit when assigning caregivers to her. Antoinette is wonderful about checking in with the family to ensure everything is going well and to ask for feedback. She is always available to talk and help problem solve as additional needs arise. Home Instead has been a huge help for our Mom and our family over the last few years as Mom has needed an increasing level of support. Antoinette, the Staffing Manager, has been very warm and supportive as we have juggled schedules and needs to accommodate Mom's changing needs. Mom's aides, Anita and Evelyn, are wonderful companions and aides eager to help with whatever is needed. Home Instead has helped to give our family some peace and rest knowing that Mom is in good hands when we are not around and if anything is needed, they will let us know.

I am extremely happy with Home Instead. Manager Antoinette matched my elderly dad with Karen, his in home care person on the first try. My dad really enjoys Karen's company and it gives me peace of mind because I live in a different state. If dad's happy and can stay in his own home then I'm happy. I highly recommend Home Instead.
