Life Touch Companion Care was founded on the basis that we believe there is a growing need for people who care and have the skills to advocate for our elderly population. When starting this business, our ultimate question was to ask ourselves “Why” we want to become a Caregiver Agency. Hence our “Mission Statement.” Mission To be a respected, high ranking Companion Care Agency in our service areas. Also, to provide competent, trustworthy caregivers who will treat our clients with the Honor and Respect they deserve. Vision To be the best we can be at what we do in our services. Maintain an affordable price without compromising the quality. And most importantly, showing respect to the elderly in hopes to raise the bar to higher standards of care, as a means of honoring our Seniors. Finally, a no tolerance for elderly neglect in Jacksonville. That means reporting abuse and the neglect to the proper authorities. We realize that one day we may need similar care, and that is why we have commissioned each Companion Caregiver to treat all individuals the same way we would want to be treated, as if we were "In Their Shoes".
