Right at Home

Working with Right at Home has been a dream come true! Amazing team. Incredible work ethic by everyone on our staff. I trust every cg to care for the clients I work with with their whole heart - with compassion and professionalism. Best company I have ever worked for hands down.

My grandmother and I have had a pretty terrible experience from the get go. The only easy part of getting her care started was Emily. Once care started, it was inconsistent from the get go. Caregivers quitting the company and them scrambling to find someone new weekly. I was told the base minimum and then was charged way more than that. I voiced my concerns and how I might not stay with the company, and no one called me and instead just deactivated my grandmothers account. No notice. No nothing. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Madison Jenkins has been working in my house for me for four times. She has been very pleasant and helpful to me during this time. I look forward to seeing her again for this reason. If you have any questions regarding my comments, please contact me.

I want to post a great review for Veronica Flowers at Right At Home. She really cares about my father, she took the time to give me written feedback and even provided me with her phone number to talk to her about how he was doing. This feedback was very important because he continuously needed changes to his medications and I need to know how he is responding. I live nearly 3,000 miles away so I can't observe him myself.

Sam Azuka is wonderful. He’s so kind and helpful. He’s very gentle and patient with my father who has Parkinson’s and dementia. We feel like he’s part of our family. It’s such a relief for a family, knowing he’s there. It allows us to relax and not worry about Our father when we Are not present.
