Visiting Angels

Had to hire around the clock care for my mom with dementia after recovering from hip surgery. Everyone I’ve met has been so nice and the communication between me and the coordinators has been seamless. Grateful for the service Visiting Angels is providing my mom, I know she is safe and never alone.

My name is Micheline and I couldn’t be happier with the care our loved one receives at Visiting Angels. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcomed and supported. They treat every resident with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. it’s clear that they truly care about the people they serve.

I’ve been an employee for Visiting Angels Jenkintown for over ten years, the staff is great they are so helpful and understanding as far as scheduling aways willing to meet the needs of the clients and staff members. Tracy and Lori have a heart for their clients they go far above their job when it comes to meeting the needs of a client and Michelle is a joy to work with you can tell she loves her job. My Family was given this agency by my Aunt as we were looking for caregivers for my parents. Mary spoke to my husband and was so warm and friendly about the services that could be provided that we chose them. The nurse Tracey came to do the in home assessment and was just fabulous. Ashey is our assigned case manager and was wonderful to continue to walk us through the process with great communication from the beginning and throughout the continued services to make sure. my parents were getting everything they needed. Keisha our caregiver has been just amazing. She was not the original person assigned as that person was finishing up an assignment, but she is absolutely the right and best caregiver for my parents as she understands their challenges and meets them where they are and steers them to the right direction as needed to make sure they stay safe and as healthy as they can in their late eighties. I do not live in the same state as my parents and it gives me great peace of mind knowing that Keisha, Ashley, Kelly and others are there taking great care of my parents.

The Visiting Angles that we had for my Mom were wonderful. She had round the clock care. They were so loving with her. It made me have peace of mind knowing they were there to help her. She was never alone. The one person that should get 5 stars herself Was Stephane. She was the most caring person I have ever met. She took such good care of my Mother. They had so much fun together. She always had Mom smiling. Thank you to all who took care of Mom it made her life much better.
