Platinum Private Duty

I’m disabled and a client for this company. My mother is my caretaker and called them to let them know she was going on vacation and told them I needed a different person to come in while she was gone. They assured her someone would come to help. It’s been 3 days and not one person has called us or showed up to help me. Absolutely unacceptable. My needs have been on hold for days now waiting for the bare necessities of life.

Platinum private duty has been a Godsent for me with caring for both my parents. I absolutely love the owners and their staff is above and beyond. They make us feel like family. I live in a high-rise. Some residents are using Platinum aides. They are friendly but not professional. They sit outside on their phones and smoking cigarettes. They should be inside with their client. In a rare case you need to bring a child with you, they should be with you and your client not running around the building causing chaos. This is our home not a free for all.

Jen and Renia are very disrespectful they both hung up in my face after I was very respectful with them. They would not give me theirs boss number, lied and told me they was the boss. If anyone could give me the boss number that would be great!
