My mom needed extra care as she had developed dementia, and we were fortunate to find Home Care Now. They met with me to discuss my mom and her needs and then based on our discussion chose the best home health aid match for her. It was an amazing match! Betty is the home health aid that worked with my mom and my mom truly came to love her. She enjoyed the time spent with Betty and it brought joy to her life while also meeting her needs. Home Care Now is a business I wholeheartedly recommend.

My mom needed extra care even though she was living in an ALF at the time due to advanced dementia and falling. Home Care Now and their wonderful caregivers took excellent care of my loved one so that I didn’t have to worry when I couldn’t be there to assist her myself. I would highly recommend Home Care Now if you are needing a reputable, reliable group of caregivers to support you and your family members as you take care of your loved ones needs!

We have used Home Care Now for the past 6 months for in home care for my elderly mother in Lake Mary. They are professional, friendly, on time and always willing to help. Highly recommend this wonderful company for home care needs in central florida.

I have been using this place for several months & would NOT recommend them. They are short staffed, send new people that you have to train which cuts into your free time. They change hours on you, doesn’t matter if you have important plans as I do or did tomorrow. They are to send someone at 10am to 3pm on the weekends. Tomorrow I had a very important event that I cannot go to because they are sending someone 1:30pm-6:30pm. They do make an effort and try to accommodate , however if your time is important, do not use. The workers are late, not dependable. I had to cancel a very important event tomorrow that I have been looking forward to because they can only provide the service at 1:30pm, not 10am like they are suppose to. Very disappointing.
