Comforcare Home Care - Lanham

We are very impressed wih the caregiver Comforcare provided for us. From the first call with the office coordinator until the caregiver initial visit we have no complaints. Our caregiver Diana gives exceptional care and is a great communicator. She has built a trusting relationship with the whole household. Highly recommend Comforcare

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. The caregiver was hired to take care of my husband while I worked. On the 3rd day she was 30 minutes late with no phone call explaining why she would be late. I finally had to contact the company and I was told that she would be 10 mins late but by this time she was 40 min late. At this point I fired her. After 3 months I decided to give them one more chance. The person researching the perfect person for us was great. She found a caregiver and we scheduled her start date and time. She was supposed to start 10am but by 10:30 she had not arrived and had not contacted to say she would be late. I contacted the agency and complained. I was told that she would be there closer to 11am. At this point I fired the agency again. This type of inefficiency is completely unacceptable. I tried twice to work with this company and it was a disaster. I recommend that you do yourself a favor and do NOT use this company.

My experience was a little unique. The caregiver was with my sister approximately 3 months. She had some personal problems that hindered her remaining. Her work was good and I had no complaints. At the end, her ability to do her job was compromised. The company immediately replaced her with a temporary and she was amazing.

The team at ComForCare did a wonderful job providing care for my family. I needed help for both of my parents, and Michelle and her team delivered time and again. This is a difficult business to staff and coordinate, but there was always someone trustworthy there to help my parents. Michelle and her team were very responsive and worked with me, around the clock, to get my folks the care they needed. I will always be grateful for the help ComForCare provided.
