Bayshore Home Care has been an incredible support for our family. The caregivers are caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to providing excellent care. The management team is equally outstanding — professional, responsive, and always on point with communication and follow-through. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our loved one’s needs are met with kindness and respect. My father has been having Bayshore caregivers visit for a few years now. They are friendly, helpful, caring and compassionate. They assist my Dad with personal care needs, such as showering and dressing, as well as making him breakfast, ensuring he takes his meds and ensuring he exercises. They also take a personal interest in him and keep him engaged in conversation. The office staff is very helpful as well. I would (and have) recommend them to others.

We contacted Bayshore because my father in law had surgery and needed some extra help at home. Not only did the clinical and assistant staff exceed ALL of our expectations, but they gave my mom & pops a renewed sense of hope and independence on their road to recovery. I have to send a shout out to Deanna for being such an incredible and caring liaison! I would highly recommend Bayshore Home Care. I contacted the company in hope of obtaining care for a family member. However, my family member was not qualified based on state regulations. Deanna took it a step further and was able to explain the requirements, understand what was needed, and refer me to an advisor who helped me find the appropriate care. With the vast knowledge and industry contacts from Bayshore Home Care, I was able to have an informed awareness of my next steps and how to move forward. This company truly is looking for the best options for you or your family members. The caring and understanding given really speaks volumes!

We are new clients to Bayshore - but so far, I am THRILLED. I reached out to this company online at 3am on a Saturday morning because I was worried about my elderly parents. They are extremely capable but need help at times that I cannot provide. I received a response on Sunday morning from Deanna who explained the services offered and helped me determine our needs. On Monday, the amazing RN, Vickie, was at their home interviewing them. Their new caregiver (I'm not giving you her name - because YOU CANNOT HAVE HER, lol) started TUESDAY morning. There is more that I could share, but it's too personal. I will recommend this home care company to everyone I know. You cannot put a price on peace of mind.
