Absolutely the worst in-home care services I have ever dealt with. I have been a client since May 2020. If they actually have an aide for you and she calls in, they don't bother sending a replacement or even CALL you to let you know that you won't have an aide for the day. I gave them several chances but finally had to switch since they never get in touch with me. Thank God I have a great support system that steps in when they need to! I would not recommend them to anyone and would give zero stars if I could.
Caring and understanding staff. They will not match the client up with a worker that they don't seem to be a good fit. Best in-home agency I have encountered.
