I’ve Been using TLC nursing for over 5 years now to care for my grandmother. We have had nothing but the best of service. The director of TLC is knowledgeable and very caring. She treats my grandmother as if she was her own. The aides that have been caring for my grandmother have been very sweet and very attentive to every detail. Thanks TLC keep up the great work!

TLC Nursing is an excellent organization! The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I don’t know what we would have done without them providing such phenomenal care for my sister in her own home. I highly recommend them to anyone/everyone in need of home health care providers. I’m so happy that my family and I were able to use TLC to care for our loved one! Everything from the beginning was great! The office provided great communication with me and my other family members and kept us up to date. They always sent out great aides and we could t be any happier. Highly recommended!

Do you like standing at a window waiting for an aide to show up who never does show up? Do you like this happening every week? How about several days in a week? Do you like an agency that doesn't apologize for this? Do you like to be treated rudely when you complain about it? Do you like a metal shoehorn to be left by one aide in the bottom of your mom's shoe? Do you like a revolving door of aides, many of whom you have to train? Do you like an agency that raises their cost by more than 100 percent -- doubling the minimum required hours and raising the hourly rate, both -- one week before Christmas? If you like any of this than TLC is the place for you. I deserve to be treated with respect. TLC did not treat me or my mom with respect. They took her money, but did not care if an aide showed up or not. They did not call to say an aide wouldn't be there, they did not apologize for all the trouble they caused. They didn't care if my mom was safe or not. Stay away from these people.

TLC has been helping my grandmother out for over 2 years now. The office staff is very knowledgeable and the aids are great. If your looking for a company for a family member, look no further this is the company you want!!
