We were interviewed by Tracy Dalton at rehab before our Mother was not home. She is very caring compassionate and we never looked into another agency after talking with her. Her team of caregivers were also loving and caring taking care of our 99 yr old mother at home and even sat with her at hospital. Our favorite was Jennifer who was with me and mama when she passed away March 29, 2024 at home. That's all my family and mama wanted was he at home. We have used Home Instead for the last nine months to care for a friend with dementia. We have been impressed with the weekend caregivers who provide excellent care, engage with the client and go the extra mile! This is one of three agencies who provide 24 hour care and Home Instead is terrific. Any time a problem arises, the supervisor, Shauna, immediately calls, addresses it and follows up. She does home visits often and has created a nice relationship with the client and caregivers. This positive communication is in part why Home Instead is effective. Although their prices are a bit higher, the quality of care is better and the trust factor is truly important. We highly recommend them!
