Interim Healthcare

At the end of April, 2014 I had the misfortune of breaking my ankle while hiking. The middle of June 2014 I had the tremendous Good fortune of finding Santa Monica Interim Healthcare. I realized I needed assistance - light housekeeping chores and driving to appointments and for errands. So I googled "home healthcare services." Interim appeared toward the top of a very few SoCal options. I gave them a call and I am happy I did. Jason and Maribel are the owners. As a client I can't say enough good things about their professionalism, management styles, and thoughtfulness and concern for my comfort and well-being. On top of all that, they love to laugh. When one is challenged with being home bound that is fantastic energy to be around. And their coordinator Luz is the most helpful and pleasant "home base" person I've worked with in a long time. From the get go Jason and Maribel provided outstanding personal and caring service. Much to my surprise the initial orientation to Interim was an hour plus meeting at my home with them.The owners! That's customer service! After that, each Caregiver they assigned to me was prompt and pleasant. Someone like me, who had to be flexible with schedule, needed, and could afford, maybe only four to five (very necessary) hours a week, is thankful indeed to have found Interim Healthcare of Santa Monica!

Several months ago, I broke my ankle, had surgery, and needed daily care for a week after the surgery. I was basically immobile - unable to prepare meals, bathe, or even use the toilet by myself. Interim HealthCare came daily for 8 hrs/day and fully satisfied my needs. They were thoroughly professional, competent, compassionate, and not only satisfied, but anticipated my needs. In addition, they were a joy to work with. I highly recommend them and will hire them again in an instant should the need arise.

I am the Marketing Director at Vintage Westwood Senior Living. We are an independent Living Community and when our residents are in need for Home Care, Interim has come to our rescue. They are completely reliable, quick and very professional. The friendlieness of their staff and the individualized attention to each resident has really helped not only the resident continue having freedom of staying independent, but the family members have said how happy they are that Interim is caring for their loved ones. I highly reccomend Interim to anyone with any care needs.

We want to thank Interim healthcare out of Santa Monica especially Jason. We came to him in need of quick care for our family and he provided not only the best but choices and flexibility for all our needs. In these tuff times it's amazing to see that there are still people who care and want to genuinely help. The level of care that we have now is by far the best and knowing that we can call Interim healthcare SM anytime for changes or services at a drop of a hat is very comforting especially when it come to family! It is always difficult to deal with an aging parent. Mundane things become challenging and trying to find someone that can help is near impossible. That is why I am taking the time to write this review. I urge anyone dealing with what I have described above to contact Interim HealthCare. From the top down, Jason and his organization is filled with people who go the extra mile and take it in stride. I literally can not express how comforting it is to know that the entire group has become an extended part of our family.
