It is a pleasure to share my opinion of the professionals working at Elite Home Care. Elite had been providing four to eight hours daily skilled caretakers for my cousin, Penny. During May, she suffered a rapid health decline, requiring 24-hour care immediately. Upon notification, the professionals at Elite Home Care developed a 24 hour caretaker schedule that started the next day and lasted until Penny's death three weeks later. The Elite managers didn't hesitate or ask why. They understood and addressed the need given just one phone call. Debra coordinated personnel, Ramen, the administrative issues. Their quick reaction, understanding and addressing the needs was very impressive. The experience of the caretakers permitted immediate attention to the patient, we did not offer any direction to them. One, Cassandra, became very close to Penny. Cassandra's constant attention and care had my cousin turning to her with most questions and needs. We discovered all of the caretakers brought those characteristics to the bedside. Their continuing attention to details until Penny's death left the rest of us free to pursue other day-to-day needs of the patient and household. Their personal approach and attention to every aspect of their job made it very clear that we were dealing with a skilled team of professionals that delivered much more than expected. I was really struggling to figure out care for my mom until I found Elite Home Care. Debra is kind and knowledgeable. She has helped me navigate the Community Care Medicaid program that my mom recently qualified for. Elite Home Care provides quality, patient, professional caregivers that "spoil" my mom and keep her healthy and well. We have been working with Elite Home Care for two years. Our goal is to keep my 84 year old father, confined to a wheelchair, at home for as long as possible. Debra has been a godsend! She has helped us navigate the complexities of our Medicaid program and finding the right care aide for our specialized needs. Finding an available aide isn't always easy, but Debra has been our constant! She's been SO patient and helpful. I can't imagine working with anyone else.
