Five stars to Kori, who was absolutely amazing from my first phone call to Sharp to the present day even after I got placed with my new caregiver! She has been warm understanding and insightful when discussing my needs and just as a wonderful person!! I really enjoyed talking with her. Very professional and went up and beyond in getting me set up with my caregiver while I was in the hospital. Very pleased. And I don't even write reviews but felt this deserved one!

My partner ( male ) and I ( female ) came into the office this morning for fingerprinting for my partner utilizing the IdentoGO service. The man and woman ( I do not have names but the woman was brunette, on the taller side and wearing glasses; the man was average height, bald, wearing glasses and a vest ) who were in the office today seemed uneasy about our presence in the building and on the property. The woman was looking my partner up and down as we came through the door, which already made me uneasy. Her and partner were trying to find his registration online and she excused herself to get assistance from the man. They both return from his office and now it is the four of us standing amongst each other. After they explained why they could not be of assistance and why, my partner got on the phone w/ IdentoGO as they recommended we do. We left the building to sit in the car and figure out where to go next before just aimlessly driving around. Almost as soon as we got into the car, the man came outside and began to “inspect” the car parked next to mine. As he started to move towards the back of the car and drift over, I could see his eyes peer over at the back of my vehicle as if meaning to get a look at my license plate. I have no idea why he would need to do so and I really can not tell you what he was looking at on the car next to me. There was nothing there. No damage, he didn’t open a door to get something… just looked at it as if he was trying to play off what he really was doing. Conveniently when I noticed him looking at my plate and started my car to let him know “I see you”, he made eye contact w/ me and was done examining my car and the other. This caused me and my partner to feel unsafe and honestly made me question what exactly they may have felt or said about us. Did they not feel safe for some reason? My partner and I were not aggressive, violent… barely even discontent. So why the strange behavior after we already left the building? Did our appearance prompt him to feel the need to get my license plate? Did he just not want us sitting in my car while we waiting for assistance on the phone? Was the woman distressed by our presence? picture attached is of the car and the side that he was “ examining “ . i’m not sure if it belongs to him or the woman . i made sure not to get the license plate as to not jeopardize anyone’s privacy
Sharp helped take care of my grandmother and offered great service and comfort. Madison Turner was very accommodating and helped answer all questions we had.
