Home Instead

Our family has been using the Maryville, TN Home Instead 's services since June, and we have been very pleased with the care & support they provide. From the very first visit to our current daily care schedule, the entire team has been caring, professional, and hardworking. Nicole, who set up our services, has been consistently kind and attentive. She truly listens to our concerns and is always looking for ways to ensure we receive the highest quality of care. Her compassion and responsiveness have made a big difference in this process. Gina, who has been caring for our Mom since the beginning has been extremely kind & helpful to both of our parents. She has observed changes in status and has adapted well to changing care needs - she is a good communicator especially when she observes issues that arise. We feel confident that she has our Mom's best interest at heart. Rachel, the CNA who assists with the majority of our morning shifts, is absolutely wonderful. She cares for our mother as if she were her own family. She is diligent, patient, and highly competent in everything she does. Every day, she goes above and beyond to make sure both of our parents are comfortable, supported, and well cared for. Her dedication and heart are exceptional. We are very grateful for the entire Home Instead team and the peace of mind they bring to our family.

Rachel R. has been helping with my 94-1/2 y/o Mom since late March, and has already become a valued member of our household! Rachel is very conscientious and looks for ways to help out around the house if she's not actively helping my mom. Thanks to Rachel our home is neat and clean and she has a hot dinner on the table before she leaves for the day. She also makes my mom some yummy breakfasts and lunches from scratch and encourages her to eat nutritious food instead of the sugar-based diet that she prefers. Rachel is punctual, polite, and overall a pleasant and adorable young lady with a cheerful spirit and positive attitude!

We love our three primary caregivers, Gina, Easter and Chasity. Each brings a special dimension to their work. Gina has learned about golf and is able to converse about it with my former golfer husband, which is a delight to both of us. Easter is calm, delightful and caring and we both enjoy having her around with her bubbling personality. Chasity is kind, efficient and can get him moving and doing his therapy exercises like no one else without it being difficult. We are blessed and thankful to have these special folk as part of our family. Thank you, Home Instead

Charles W. and Gina have been caring for my parents and have been incredibly helpful and attentive. Charles and my Dad have connected and Charles goes out of his way to help my Dad with anything he needs. Charles and Gina have been blessings to our family. They have made life for my parents so much better.
