We have used Comfort Keepers for numerous family members. My grandmother, grandfather, and my great uncle. They have been so very accommodating for all of our needs. They worked with our schedules and tried to understand the individualized needs of each of them. They even billed our long term care policy. They were professional and kind! They are the best and I highly recommend them!

Paying for 24/7 Have to have it for them to stay where they are. The ladies are amazing and soooo sweet. Problem is there not showing up and not telling us. Saturday 11/22/25 2 shifts have missed. If 7pm doesn't show, we are done!

I have been with Comfort Keepers on and off the last several years. The care has always been great and the best in the area, however things have changed and I would not recommend them to care for anyone. I know that the owners that started the company retired a couple of years ago and that is unfortunate. Things have gone down hill since they retired. I use to could call the office and talk with Mr. Bradley if I had any concerns or problems. He is no longer there and it shows. You call the office most of the time you have to leave a message and don’t expect a call back because it will not happen. The quality of their caregivers have gone down. The new owner is only concerned about the bottom line and not the clients and from talking to caregivers he doesn’t care about them either. He recently raised rates and now the highest in the area and he will not work with you on the rate. They now require you to have 12 hrs a week care. Not everyone needs 12hrs a week. For me it is less than that but I see down the road needing a lot more. I can tell you I will never call them again.

Gosh where do i start?! We were unsure of how to proceed with my father in law’s care when he went from completely independent to practically wheelchair bound after a hospital stay with a UTI. COMFORT KEEPERS walked us through the entire process and made it possible for him to return to his apartment. They were very flexible with hours and how often he needed someone there with minimal notice. The caregivers became like family to us. They are some special angels. Once we had several different caregivers come and we knew which ones worked best for him, they did their best to schedule those particular ones for him. We went through it all, from several hours in the day to 24/7 care. Each caregiver taught us things we had no clue about in caring for the elderly. Papa Joe was so comfortable and secure with each caregiver. He has passed away now and we still hear from some of the more special ones checking on us. We are so moved by how easy they made the whole process. And so thankful he got to live his last days comfortable at home with the best of care! Forever grateful for this company of God’s angels.
