Synergy Homecare

I have to say that Synergy is very dependable when it gets to having someone come for your appointment and their communication skills are on point! I recently got "Alexis" to fit me into her schedule! "Alexis" happens to be the most assertive, intelligent, pleasant, home support specialist I have had the pleasure to experience in my home! One is not always that lucky, but, I am very needy and waited 4 years on a waiting list so, I guess they just needed to find my perfect fit! Good Looking Out Synergy! And SAIL. thank you

I have been with Synergy for a couple years and have to say the track record of office employees has always been acceptable.  They are very kind, energetic and invested in getting you the ultimate  caregiver to best serve your needs. It took a couple of gals for me to find 'My Angel'.  Her name is Justa.  Justa is an absolute genuine, loving and 'caring person.  I know that they 'hit it right out of the park', giving me Justa. I have never felt so secure and loved as I do with Justa.  The funny part, it's not the way she does her job... It's the person that she is.  It's genuine.  It flows with such sincerity that one could just imagine how blessed I am to have her. You cannot just find such a unique being.  She is like a treasured gem that everyone is searching for and when you find her, you never want to let her go. I must say Synergy has made such a treasured find and I am so thankful that they searched to find her for me.  They are a brilliant company that has people available for you whose number one priority is for the utmost care of their customers. Daniel was very happy with the care he had while we were gone. He did everything that was asked of him. One of the days we thought he was scheduled for 3 hrs however he stayed 5. Dan was fine with that. We are very happy with Synergy. Our son lives with us. Synergy is always willing to help me when needed.

I was very disappointed with Synergy Home Care. They didn't do much of anything I requested help was needed for. The person on the weekend sat in their car most of the time they were supposed to sitting with and helping my dad. They are not skilled, just seem to be looking for extra money. Not worth the money you pay!

A house cleaning appointment was booked for me with Synergy Home Care during the month of May. I am an elderly, disabled gentleman who has a very hard time bending over and reaching the floor or standing long enough to do a decent job of cleaning. Cade from Synergy booked the appointment and sent a house cleaner named Monique. Monique did a fantastic job and I was extremely happy with the results. I look forward to interfacing with Cade again this month and whomever he sends to do the actual cleaning. Bravo for Synergy!
