Home Instead

Our family has been using Home Instead and their excellent caregivers since October 2024. Specifically the Client Care Coordinator, Jody, has been outstanding. Our aunt needed daily home visits to ensure she was eating and able to complete all her daily actions around her home. They were very attentive and helpful and in particular Shay and Lynn were outstanding. One of the initial care givers wasn't a fit, but Home Instead immediately reacted to our request to change to another care giver and everything worked out beautifully. We so appreciate the professionalism of coordinating our aunt's care and the actual level of care she continues to be provided. It is without hesitation we recommend Home Instead to anyone that has family members that need home assistance. Thank you Jody!

I enjoyed working with my nice clients, but I couldn't have such an excellent reationship with some people in the office. It looked like I was inferior to them, and not good enough to fit their criteria, pointing out some small mistakes they thought I shouldn't have made. I'm talking about only a couple of people. Most staffs were very kind and helpful.

We contacted Home Instead in Bettendorf yesterday morning to see if they could help us support our family member with overnight shifts. By early afternoon, Julie came to meet with us, discussed our needs, and did all the necessary paperwork. At 8pm our first Care Provider had arrived and was ready to go. We are so grateful for their immediate responsiveness and support!! All communication was clear, friendly, and respectful, and even all the paperwork went smoothly and quickly. Thank You!!

The key players in the office are always ready to help and provide whatever staff wants (gloves, etc). Very kind and professional owners! Good owners who are fairly new to the company. Wonderful and caring caregivers. Great clients. I will always give Home Instead Senior Care a great review. They are the best! I have heard from other individuals that Home Instead is a good company.

Wonderful and compassionate Home Care Network. Vicky is amazing and gives total and complete attention to the clients and caregivers alike. They are family from day one.
