Bayou Care Sitters

I just started with this company a few weeks ago DANiELLE and Bonnie are great to work with they have some really great people who work for them like RAELA who is just a sweetheart & 2 other ladies they have had work with me, as fill ins for my original care taker WHO IS THIS 1 girl “SHANICE” if she would get her priorities straight she would be 1 of the best workers they have. She just has too much going on in her life and me personally, I don’t think sitting with people is something she needs to be doing because she’s so preoccupied with being on her phone taking care of her personal business plus she calls in last minute. It’s been a couple of times she was supposed to show up. She never showed up and honestly I don’t even know why they still have her working there because she just can’t seem to get it together… Friday she left early. I told her to call DANiELLE and she didn’t do it then she was supposed to show up Saturday to make up those hours. She Never came then she was supposed to show up Monday. She was a no-show. She was supposed to came to me yesterday never showed up me personally I think she needs to be fired because she’s not dependable and I have expressed this to them and told them they need to get rid of her I’m hoping they do because when a client has appointments, we need people that are dependable who are going to come to work on time WELL SHANICE IS NOT DRPENDABLE She is a very sweet girl. She will do whatever you ask her to do, but her mind is just not where it’s supposed to be she’s just preoccupied with her personal life. I mean we’re clients. We need people with us, especially when we have appointments like me, Francis, I have trouble walking so the last thing I need is somebody calling in lady minute like she does and then it’s hard for them to find somebody… I will say this, though yesterday if DANiELLE could not have found me somebody to go with me to my appointment, she would have went with me and if she couldn’t have done it, Bonnie would have went with me… DANiELLE and Bonnie really do everything they can to make sure their clients are taken care of and I’m grateful to them for that so this is a good company if you’re looking for sitters just make sure you don’t get Shanice because that’s not gonna go well

DONT USE THIS COMPANY‼️‼️‼️ Between this company & A 1st NAME BASiS I HAVE TO SAY ITS A TiE… i started with this company a 4 weeks ago the 1st Review I gave of them Was in the beginning well it’s time for another review and this one is not good… TODAY WAS HORRIBLE Bonnie dropped this young lady off This young lady was supposed to get off at 1:30. Her phone was dead so I let her call Bonnie from my phone and she told her if she couldn’t find a ride home and she need to be home by 2 pm Because she had some personal business to take care of and Bonnie told her someone will be there to get you a few minutes later Bonnie text my phone saying the young lady needed to stay a little longer to get more hours due to no one showing up and working Yesterday she didn’t ask me if I had anything to do nothing and I’m not obligated to stay at the house if they don’t have a ride I do have a life outside of my illness is exactly what I told Bonnie… I text Bonnie and told her this young lady needed to be home by 2 PM and told her why again Then I told Bonnie I can’t take her home because I don’t go on that side of town and I don’t drive far by myself. Plus I I don’t get paid to pick caretakers up to come sit with me and take them back home.. Bonnie responded with and I quote “I DONT EXPECT YOU TO” Someone will be there to get her shortly… I had something to do. Someone came and got me I left the young lady in my house something I normally don’t do because I didn’t want her sitting outside in the heat and I wasn’t worried about her taking anything out of my house because I have cameras inside my house and out… THIS YOUNG LADY GOT OFF AT 1:30 AND AS I STATED I LEFT BONNIE PICKED HER UP AT 2:20 THAT YOUNG LADY WAS AT MY HOUSE FOR 50 Mins I’ve had 2 Other female employees come on to me I’ve had 1 steal money from me a few days ago I didn’t file charges because this young lady has a little boy And I just didn’t see the point in sending her a jail over $100 but had it been more I would have… Their employees have a habit of calling in last minute Not showing up On time or just not showing up at all… I understand not everyone has a vehicle and it’s hard to get back-and-forth to work, but I don’t want anybody coming to my house Does not have reliable transportation, whether is their own vehicle or someone bringing them to and from work…. When I have appointments I need them to be on time andwhen it’s time for them to get off, they need to leave my house Because as I stated, I do have a life outside of my illness These folks need to get their priorities together ‼️

They were a lifesaver when injuries kept me and my husband from taking care of ourselves and of the house as well giving us the necessary free time to recouperate as necessary. Competent and friendly and dedicated ladies helped us in all areas we needed support. Thanks so much!
