Julie and her team at Halo Specialized Home Care are the top of the line in home health care. They cared for my father for over 2 years. When I first started working with them, they were providing about 40 hours a week of companion type care for my dad and then transitioned into 24 hour a day care for the last few months. I know that Julie must be a good manager because every caregiver she sent to our home was amazing. And I know it takes a good person at the top to have so many good employees. Julie was constantly involved and checking in as well. She made me feel like I was her only client when I know that is the furthest from the truth. In addition to providing so much caregiver support, Julie was also a wealth of knowledge and connections, constantly making insightful suggestions. She was someone to call when my dad had to go to the hospital, and she was instrumental in connecting me with other resources as needs arose. I don’t know how I would have gotten through the last 2 years without the team at Halo – they were one bright spot in a really difficult time. I wholeheartedly recommend Halo to anyone in need of reliable, compassionate, and the highest quality home health services.
