Very good company. Great staff. Once my grandparents grew older and could no longer take care of themselves, the Infinity Healthcare Services staff took over and provided the care needed. My family and I are extremely grateful to have them here. After my grandmother passed away, they cried as if she too were their family. They are still here helping with my grandfather and make things so much easier. He is so happy to have them helping each day. Thank you!! Forever grateful!

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I was informed that my employment had been terminated without any explanation, and I did not receive the paycheck I was scheduled to receive. I was later told that my check had been mailed, but more than a week passed with nothing arriving. Shortly after, I was told I had not been terminated and was offered shifts outside of the availability I had communicated clearly since being hired due to my daughter’s school schedule. When I could not accept those shifts, it was labeled as “personal reasons,” even though my availability had always been discussed upfront. It has now been about three weeks since I last received a paycheck, and I still have not been paid for the work I completed during that time. I also noticed discrepancies in my recorded hours; one of my shifts was incorrectly adjusted, resulting in a loss of an hour of pay. Although I requested corrections the same day, the issue was never fixed. When I contacted the company to ask why I was not paid on time, I was met with unprofessional communication and was told nothing could be done because staff members were on vacation. Over the past week, attempts to resolve the situation—both by phone and through the app—have resulted in confrontational responses, including being spoken to harshly, accused of “bashing” the company, and even being threatened with legal action for sharing my experience. I also received an email stating I would be sued if I did not remove my review, despite everything I described being based on my personal experience during my two months of employment. As a single parent with a young child and another on the way, delayed or missing paychecks have caused real hardship, including difficulties covering basic expenses like gas to get my child to and from school. I communicated the impact this was having on me, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. As of today, I still have not received the pay I am owed. If I do receive payment, I will update my review accordingly.

Great Company—wonderful “Can Do” staff that work very hard to accommodate your every need! Linda McAndrew was very efficient in evaluating what our needs were… so respectful and loving of our veterans, she matched us with Tim, who has been a God-Send! My 58 year old veteran— Former Army Ranger, was diagnosed with ALS at 48. after battling the disease for over 10 years, it has only been recently that i feel uncomfortable leaving him for more than a few minutes. His dad would come every Wednesday to have a “man day!” Chuck’s dad was Philadelphia Firefighter for over 40 years…they would spend each Wednesday hanging out, going to PT… and having lunch. His dad passed unexpectantly… and we were at a loss! Enter Infinity Healthcare Services, Miss Linda, and especially our wonderful battle buddy Tim! He shows up faithfully each Wednesday… early and with a wonderfully positive energy that lifts our household! My husband thinks of him like a son! Thank you to the whole staff at Infinity for making our initial foray into caregivers in our home such a wonderfully positive experience!!

Our son, Wesley Cox was blessed to have Tim McAndrew from Infinity Healthcare Services be assigned as his healthcare provider and companion for the last ~10 month of his life. Tim was kind, prompt, friendly, caring and most of all provided the services required to help Wes with his limited abilities. While Tim provided the basic activities of cooking, cleaning, he also was the best companion for Wes and his beloved dog Zack. The most striking and valued observation we made was the true and honest bonding Tim and Wes formed during those 10 months. Tim would do anything in his power to assist Wes. Wes passed away peacefully on November 21, 2023. We will be forever grateful to Tim and Infinity Healthcare Services for the magic they provided to Wes in his last days on this earth. Thank you Tim McAndrew for a beautiful job well done.
