All Tennessee Care Givers

Carol came on a Saturday to interview us as she thought we would want a caregiver on the next Monday. She came with Terry on his first visit to be sure he would know what to do. Terry was very nervous the first day and soon became friends with my husband. The two of them joke with each other often. Terry makes him breakfast on Tuesday and Thursday. He has usually had lunch when Terry comes on Monday and Friday We live in a retirement community and depending on the weather will take my husband on walks around the neighborhood or over to the gym that is on the property. Terry has been a blessing and so have All Tennessee Caregivers. I feel very fortunate that we were informed about them. We had had a different care group and they were an absolute disaster. We are happy with the care that All Tennessee Caregivers provide and we are happy that Terry comes to help us.

We have been very pleased with all aspects of All Tennessee Care Givers. We love our bath aide. We recently had a death in the family and Val and John Hernandez were extremely helpful and understanding and went out of their way in getting Caregivers to provide the services needed.

Penny provides excellent care, is proactive, works with little supervision, keeps me safe when I shower and is an outstanding cook.

This company is just awful. The person you have to deal with, Nancy Barber, came to the house in a miniskirt that barely covered her private parts. This is a woman in her 70's at least. She cannot keep up with the schedule, who is working for her, and what is needed by the client. She lies her way through the whole process. Specifically, we needed certain documentation for insurance purposes which we always tell anyone who is providing services. She had no knowledge of it and when I reminded her, she did not understand her own company's forms. The forms require three signatures, and she couldn't understand why I insisted that we had to have all three signatures. We also were not happy with one of the caregivers and had expressed that in witiing. She said we never told her, and when I showed her the written conversation, she just said that she saw it with no apology. I contacted her supervisor, Todd Bagatelas, who never even bothered to return my request. She then came to the house to fill the paperwork out herself, and had the nerve to tell me that she was there to fill out the paperwork and that her supervisor told her to pick up a payment otherwise they would terminate service with us. I told her that we were done with her and her company anyway, so no payment would be made without all the signatures. One signature was from the caregiver. She sent the caregiver out to sign and told the caregiver that she had to come to our house immediately otherwise she wouldn't be paid. Really terrible to treat your employees that way. I am a business woman who has two Master's degrees and have never had to deal or even hear of such an unprofessional group of people.
