rgus homecare is a joke. zero stars if i could. my parents deserve way better. caregivers show up late, leave early, and barely do their job. one stayed two hours instead of four and left for another gig. another refused to follow the care plan and spent more time on her phone than helping. management acts like we're the problem. we're done with them—looking for someone who actually cares. avoid these clowns.
