Dear United Angels, I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for your incredible work. You are truly angels, and your dedication is what makes a company go from good to great. Your professionalism, ethics, and understanding of our needs consistently surpass all expectations. You are caring, compassionate, and kind. I truly wish that other agencies providing care for the elderly would follow the exemplary model you set for what a caregiver should be. Kudos to all of you at United Angels. With love and respect, Lorna Rolon

One star is generous considering the unprofessional business practice. They take long to respond, at with that they text back using no capital letters or punctuation. To top it off, they tell me that I need to reach out to PCP for authorization. That's not my job. They don't communicate well with their staff and their contracted Physical Therapy people are also very bad communicating, no call no shows. It's so bad!!

I had orders for 12 sessions of Physical Therapy. I received 2 sessions. The therapist never came back because the excuse was they were trying to get me a Home Health Aide. That was a month ago. They never contacted me about anything. The care plan finally happened for a HHA. Letting my DR. Know they are short of HHA. Can’t help me. They’ve contacted my PCP by fax. I can’t get anyone to help me resolve any of my questions. The therapy company doesn’t respond to me either. Very unprofessional. 5/2025

Wish to give zero stars. Messy transactions for getting supplies waited 4 weeks to be told someone didn't know how to check their emails now I have to wait even longer & no chances for them to expedite it. Place is a joke not to mention I've learned nothing about stoma products through them just youtube. Overall waste of my insurance money.
