Right at Home Orlando

This was my first time using Right At Home to hire an aide to be with my deaf, disabled cousin at a funeral and Celebration of Life. Jennifer, Colleen and all the staff I spoke to were so helpful and knowledgeable. They really put me at ease and I knew that my cousin would be well taken care of. I would highly recommend them. Their cost was also very reasonable. They truly care about their clientele.

My caregiver is a wonderful caregiver. She’s attentive, patient, and smart. It’s a great company. My caregiver is honest and I can trust her. My care giver makes my life better.

I received excellent customer service from Hailey, both while planning my family’s DISNEY vacation, and as needed throughout our stay. Though we had 4 different caregivers in a week’s time, it provided me peace of mind, that my father was receiving extra overnight care, to allow me sufficient time to rest, as his primary caregiver. I cannot say enough about the excellent quality of care received by Micheline. She was a caring and attentive aide, and highly competent! She sat her chair directly next to my father’s bed, each night, for any immediate needs. I highly recommend her and Right at Home!

Right at Home was wonderful to work with in setting up care for a family member after a medical procedure! They were quick, efficient and it was an easy process to navigate.

My mom had dementia with bipolar, she was a bit difficult as she was very strong physically but a challenge because she was aggressively combative when you least expected it. The helpers I got from Right at Home were so caring, patient, giving and understanding. It was easy to set up the days I needed care with a quick phone call, and paying was set up from the start when I was interviewed personally by Adam, so I didn't have to be worrying about that. I definitely would recommend them.
