Imagine 🤔the moment when you realize you need direct medical ⛑️support help for loved ❤️one who has different requirements because of their neurodiversity. Fortunately or Unfortunately, I know what that feels like. The fear 😓of, is this the right place🧐? Will they really take care of him? Will they show up🚙? Will they be on time⏱️? Will they just watch TV 📺 and/or fall asleep 😴 ? How much 📏do they care? Can I really trust them🤔? What about the horror stories😫? Am I being a good parent leaving him with them? These are just a few of the many thoughts 💭I had when looking for a provider for my son. I am happy to award them 5 stars ✨✨✨✨✨ for showing up. I filled out for a live in care position, sent over all my information before the interview and went to get a background check , I finally get to the interview and waited for almost 20 minutes for her to come down and talk to me after the other worker gave me the paper work to fill out and the hiring packet. Just for the lady I waited 20 minutes for( I told her I had another appointment @ 2:00 ) but the interview took almost 2 hours .. just for her to tell me I’m to young for the position but also giving false hope that she gonna give me the position but also trying to offer me other jobs at her facility 😂then tell me she has to talk to her sister about me to see if I’m a good fit , then she also wanted to come back to meet her mom to see if her mom likes me 😂So she basically knew before I left the interview she wasn’t gonna give me the job for the position because I wasn’t old enough

The worse customer relations and care I have had to deal with. They will make promises that they can not keep and oppose to correcting them they will back out of care. Their nurses do no call no shows, and they make excuses for them. I previously did not read good reviews and still opted to give them a chance. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time!!
